However, for all customer service matters, including returns, refunds, replacement requests, damaged goods, shipping concerns, and other after-sales issues, customers must contact Safe Home Essentials directly through the contact methods provided on our website.
Customers are not required to contact any supplier directly unless specifically instructed by Safe Home Essentials. Safe Home Essentials will review each request, coordinate with the applicable supplier where necessary, and communicate the outcome to the customer.
Safe Home Essentials reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to www.safehomeessentials.com. Continued use of our website or services after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
For after-sales issues, return or refund requests must generally be submitted within 20 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by a specific supplier policy approved by Safe Home Essentials.

a replacement,
a redelivery, or
another reasonable solution based on the circumstances.
If a return is required, Safe Home Essentials will coordinate return instructions. If the issue is confirmed and the item must be returned, a prepaid return label may be provided where applicable.
If the evidence provided is unclear, incomplete, or insufficient to support the claim, Safe Home Essentials reserves the right to deny the request.
If a package is returned during transit for any reason and the customer requests a refund, Safe Home Essentials will review the request and, if appropriate, process the refund within 3 business days after confirming the return status.
If the customer requests redelivery instead of a refund, Safe Home Essentials will coordinate redelivery and, where approved, begin that process within 5 business days of the request.

Once verified, Safe Home Essentials may provide a refund or replacement. Approved refunds are generally processed within 3 business days, and approved replacement shipments are generally initiated within 5 business days.

If a customer enters incorrect shipping or recipient information, the customer should contact Safe Home Essentials as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the order information before shipment, but corrections and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If the order has already shipped, the customer may need to work with the shipping carrier to attempt delivery correction. If the package is delivered to the incorrect address due to information provided by the customer, Safe Home Essentials is not responsible for that loss.
If the product is successfully returned in good condition, Safe Home Essentials may, at its discretion:
issue a refund, minus any applicable shipping or handling charges, or
arrange redelivery, with additional shipping charges if applicable.
Safe Home Essentials is not required to accept returns for non-defective items based on buyer’s remorse, preference changes, mistaken orders, or similar reasons.
If a non-defective return is accepted, it must be approved by Safe Home Essentials in accordance with the applicable product policy. Approved non-defective returns may be subject to restocking, repacking, or handling fees.
Any such fee, if charged, will not exceed 35% of the total order price.
Returned non-defective items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging unless otherwise approved.

These logistics-related provisions may not apply during abnormal circumstances, including but not limited to holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, public emergencies, or other delays beyond our reasonable control.
During holidays, severe weather events, carrier disruptions, public emergencies, or other unusual conditions, shipping, return processing, refund review, and replacement handling may take longer than normal.

To support a return, refund, damage claim, or replacement request, Safe Home Essentials may require evidence such as:
clear photos,
videos,

If sufficient evidence is not provided within the applicable review period, Safe Home Essentials reserves the right to deny the request.
